Fair Play, South Carolina · Lake Hartwell
Lakeside Living · Exceptional Community
Nestled along the pristine shores of Lake Hartwell, Seminole Point is a sought-after residential community offering the perfect blend of natural beauty, peaceful lakeside living, and convenient access to the best the Upstate region has to offer. Whether you seek a permanent sanctuary or a weekend retreat, life here unfolds at the water's edge.
The neighborhood was developed by Lake Hartwell Inc. in the 1970s in two distinct phases, each with their own — but slightly different — restrictive covenants, preserving the character and integrity of the community for generations of residents to come.
The purpose of this website is to provide a history of Seminole Point and to clarify the covenants for each section of the neighborhood for owners, potential buyers, and realtors.
